On Tuesday I did an event for Microsoft at their King of Prussia Mall store. It was held in conjunction with the NFL to promote Microsoft’s partnering with them. There was no big roll out. No big new updates. Though it did coincide with the release of their new tablets. The Surface 2 and the Surface Pro 2 but had nothing to do with them. I had the privilege of meeting Jon Dorenbos. He’s the long snapper for the Philadelphia Eagles. A really nice guy and talented dude when it came to card tricks. He was jovial and kept the kids and adults entertained with his card tricks. He obviously really enjoyed himself and enjoyed putting himself out there for the meet and greet. We had about 150 people through the line. Not bad for a Tuesday night. All in all it was fun and i rattled off about 200 images for them. It was a little tricky being that it was a kiosk and not a full store. I had to setup in the middle of the concourse of the mall. While tough I did manage to setup one Calumet Genesis 200 strobe and used my 580EXII for fill and trigger. I shot with my 24-105 f4 all day. Love that lens. They should be up on the Facebook page for the Microsoft Store. I’l like to thank Becca Lin and Chritie Lee from the Wasserman Media Group and Buddy and the entire staff of the Microsoft Store in the mall. Thanks and keep clicking!
